How I Support People to Reach Their Goals
I’m a Performance Coach and see my work through the lens of human potential.
What does someone want – for themselves, for the people they lead?
Optimal performance requires three essential qualities: Reflection, Healing, and Growth.
Reflection means developing our ability to pause and respond instead of reacting.
It’s about deepening our ability to feel okay, regardless of what is happening around us.
I’ve seen that there is great Healing through approaching life in a more ease-based way.
When we feel good inside, we do good things and make good choices.
Plus, it’s just nice to feel good : )
People Grow with far less work, and far more enjoyment, when they are reaching for something meaningful.
In my work I’ve noticed that people often look back and say “oh my goodness! I had no idea how much I’ve grown [in this area that really matters to me].”
For those who would like something to be different in their lives and are open to trying new ideas to bring about the change, the growth is almost inevitable…
In a really good way.
The combination of these three aspects of Reflection, Healing, and Growth ultimately enhances performance and overall well-being.
Which, in a life well lived is kinda the whole point!
“I would highly recommend Kay Lock Kolp to anyone trying to sort out life.
I had various difficult decisions facing me and Kay help me sort through them with clarity and insight.
We actually had fun and sometimes the work felt more like play.
She combines gentle knowledge and authenticity in a way that makes it easy to look at hard things without fear or judgment. My life feels more aligned since completing our coaching work.
I could not be more grateful to her for guiding me to my best self.”
– Psychologist Shannon Connery, PhD

“What a lovely thing you have done for me. The way you made me feel throughout our time together is a reflection of how you know how to serve. To hold space for someone. To be present and to give the gift of being heard.
I LOVE the courage jars, they are in my office in my line of sight. I am truly thankful to have had the time with you. You are reflecting back to me the essence of where I am at in my life.” – Melanie

“Just wow… I had so much fun! Being able to step into the joy within myself was empowering.”
“Hi, I’m Patricia – a few weeks ago I experienced a couple of practical intuition sessions with Kay.
…
Kay unleashed some creative and imaginative potential in me with her unorthodox but very precise method.
She paved the way to comfort me in my reflection on past experiences.
She unlocked a few crucial insights about my future choices.
It was a unique experience and I highly recommend the practice to any bright and curious mind!
Believe me, you will discover things about yourself that you don’t even suspect now.”
