And this one was so, well, adorable is the word that’s coming to mind!
West Quoddy Head Light in Maine has such a playful feel to it. Those red and white stripes.
I visited on a vibrantly sunny summer day. Standing in this joyful place, seeing the sea and the simple colors of the lighthouse, smelling the good summer smells… I tried to capture those feelings when I painted this.
